Terms & Conditions

1. Rates Include

Maintenance, oil, greasing, and road maps.

2. Minimum Rental

One (1) day (24 hours). Every extra hour is charged at 1/5 of the daily rate.

3. Renter’s Age

Minimum age: 23 years old.

4. Driver’s License

Renters must hold a valid driving license (national or international) for at least one year.

5. Traffic Fines

All traffic fines, as well as fines for any violation of the Greek Penal Code, are the renter’s responsibility.

6. Insurance

Rental rates include third-party liability insurance.

7. Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W.)

The renter will not be obliged to pay for vehicle damages if Collision Damage Waiver has been purchased (only the deductible applies).

A, B, B1: €10/day – deductible €600
C, C1, D, D AUTO: €12/day – deductible €700
D1: €15/day – deductible €800

The renter remains fully liable for damages caused by any violation of the Greek Traffic Code or for damages to the underside, wheels, or tires of the car.

8. Fuel

Fuel costs are at the renter’s expense.

9. Extra Equipment

Baby and booster seats are available upon request.

10. Delivery & Collection

Free of charge only at our main office in Paroikia.
For other delivery or collection points (airport, port, or hotels), an additional fee of €15–€30 applies.
The exact amount is displayed during the online booking process.

11. Taxes

All rates include 24% VAT.

12. Ferrying the Car

Cars may be taken to Antiparos without prior authorization.
However, ferrying the car outside Paros and Antiparos is strictly prohibited.

13. Terms and Rates

Terms and rates may change without prior notice.

14. Vehicle Condition

The renter must return the car’s interior in the same clean condition as received.
If not, a €50 cleaning fee applies.

15. Online Booking

All bookings are subject to car availability.
If the selected model is unavailable, a car from the same category will be provided instead.

16. Cancellation and Reservation Policy

In case of a cancellation, this policy applies:
Cancel more than 15 days before the rental start date and receive a full refund (100%).
Cancellations made within 15 days of the rental date may be subject to partial or full charges, depending on the timing and rental duration.
